Acid Reflux: Causes and Easy Reliefs

Acid reflux has been causing trouble to people from a very long time. Severe heart burns and acidity problems are the common symptoms for acid refluxes. The severe discomfort that tends to creep to the throat is the main symptom of an acid reflux. Most of the people are unaware of the facts that lead to the acid reflux condition. Well, the simple answer to this is consumption of certain food and drinks that the intestine is unable to respond to at that moment leads to the heart burns and acid refluxes. Soda and alcohol- soda or any carbonated drinks are one of the main causes of heart reflux because the bubbles expand inside the stomach to create pressure which causes reflux.
Alcohol is believed to be one of the main causes of acid reflux because it relaxes the valve present in the bottom of the esophagus.
High-fat meat- as these foods stay longer in the stomach and refuse to digest easily, they cause refluxes.
Acid reflux relief can easily be obtained by consuming the over the counter antacid medicines and even some easy to make home remedies. Further avoiding the above foods or consuming them in very little quantities would curb the problem of acid refluxes without a doubt.
